Kyamba Court Motel

Kyamba Court Motel was quiet and comfortable for a two-night stay. While the building itself has seen better days, the gardens are a little overgrown and the furnishings are basic, everything is impeccably clean and in good working order, including the pool. The host/manager Yana is particularly friendly and accommodating. The motel backs onto the canal, has a coffee shop across the the street and is within walking distance of Mooloolaba's central beach/esplanade area. If your priorities are a clean, reasonably sized room room with a private bathroom, comfy bed, air-con, smart TV and small fridge, at a price per night that's low for the area, Kyamba Court Motel fits the bill.

Nothing. Be conscious of the price compared to other options in the location and aware of the distance to the beach and you won't be disappointed by the experience.

Located within 10-15 minutes walk of all the places we wanted to visit. Although located near a main road, didn't hear much road noise. Room was clean & comfortable.

Yana was absolutely lovely and couldn't do more to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible.

The location is excellent for our needs. The outside kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery etc. The seating area with dining table is covered and looks over the water. The pontoon is for guest use. The Manager is a lovely lady and is most welcoming. We felt very comfortable staying here. The motel is old style but clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge/freezer and microwave in the room was a nice touch. The toiletries included are a bonus. We will be back to stay again for sure. Parking is a little tight for large SUV's. The Bowls club next door with restaurant and a coffee shop very close by. All up value for money.

For an older motel it was clean and cozy

A great position, could walk to beach , spotlessly clean. Owner lovely and extremely helpful.

Nothing, getting old but well maintained

Location was perfect. Price value for money. Clean and tidy units. The only down side was probably signage. Could do with something on the corner of the fence as you approach.

Nice compact room, 10 minute walk to the Wharf and Seafront. Clean and tidy. Easy access in and out with a couple of places to eat at or have breakfast close by. The swimming pool looked very inviting!
