Singleton Valley Accommodation

It was clean. Full fridge and sink. Comfortable bed.

No lamps on bedside tables. Lighting too industrial

The place was amazing. Everything was near by.. we travelled with our pet and he loved it too.

The staff was amazing.

Clean modern central location easy to find pleasant staff and easy check in and out. Comfortable bed with warm bed linen.

Little bit of main road noise but still had great sleep.

Poorly represented on booking.com. The property had a musty horrible lingering smell upon entry. It permitted clothing. The room had lifting floor coverings in several places, and the door handle on the rear door was broken. The cutlery was dirty and the milk supplied had already been opened and used. (substantial health risk ) This was for a Deluxe room at$182 and when questioned the ‘manager’ stated that all his rooms were like this one. This would indicate that there is no difference in a standard and deluxe room at this property. We refused to stay and sought other accomodation.

We had to check in quite late and it was made super easy and not made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff at all. They offered us a choice of upstairs or downstairs which was appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything that you could need for a stay. Both bedroom and bathroom were nicely updated. Adequate parking within the complex. The shower pressure and hot water were great! Location is great for access to food.

Not the fault of the motel at all, just the location on a busy road meant it was quite difficult to get in/out at busy times and there was (not terrible but noticeable) road noise- we were in one of the rooms closer to the road so it might be quieter towards the back. The shower flooded the bathroom because the water leaked under the door, although that may have been user error as I was enjoying the great water pressure!
