Galang Kangin Bungalows

It is very close to the snorkelling site which is to the right side of the cove. You will have to walk about 5 mins to get there. You can snorkel in front of the property only if there are no strong waves, unfortunately the week we were there the water was quite murky due to big waves and the corals are not as good as to the right side of the cove. On the right side there is an underwater temple too. Not much in the area unless you are a diver or a snorkelling fan. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Food is mediocre for lunch and dinner, but lots to choose from in the area.

Not the cleanest toilet in room 11. Also beware the checkout time is 11 am and not 12 as mentioned in booking.com. Very limited parking in the area.

The location was second to none. Just brilliant snorkeling infront of the bungalow, minimart across the road with $2.50 Bintang and bits and pieces, a mini fridge and a brilliant restaurant next door.

The shower was non existent, only cleaned once in a five night stay and only have a sheet in the bed with a tea towel for extra warmth. Freezing with aircon on too hot with it off 🥹

La ubicación frente a una de las mejores playas de Amed para hacer snorkel.

- Limpieza, falta de higiene. paredes sucias y con humedades por toda la habitación. Baño con humedad y poco ventilado. - El baño esta junto al plato de ducha lo cual se hace muy incomodo ducharse y usar el baño a las horas siguientes. ya que se queda todo muy humedo y no hay una buena ventilacion. - Poca intimidad, el personal pasa por delante de tu instancia y se queda observado por el espejo. En multiples ocasiones lo hicieron las dos noches que nos quedamos. Nos sentimos observados.

Close to warungs and shops plus dive shop. Basic but in a good way.

Posizione favolosa, letteralmente sulla spiaggia migliore di Amed per lo snorkeling. Ottima colazione. Ottimi ristoranti a due passi.

Letti scomodissimi (materassi durissimi: cambiateli!).

The bungalows are located across the road from the beach. Great location for snorkelling. Plenty of little Warungs for eating and drinking within easy walking distance. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Check in was good.

The 4 bungalows across the road are the old part and they are old and not looked after very well. The bathroom was not clean. The tiles were dirty and needed scrubbing. The walls were marked with leaks and little animal cocoons. The room also was not very clean, dirty around the edges of the wall. Staff seemed very disinterested. This property needs some deep cleaning and maintenance.
