Hotel reception doesn't speak english much, but we used translator and everything was fine. Room was clean and nice. .

The pool is quite small, but i think there is coming bigger pool.

Friendly staff, welcomed into dining area, large family apartment with separate bedrooms. Beautiful views of frozen lake. Night lights among the snow was incredible.

The beds had a noise from the sheets. It felt like the mattress had a bed wetting plastic sheet under the cover. I could not sleep all night.... but this was just my wife's bed and mine, my daughters 3 beds were perfect. Icey front step
