"Clean, safe and cheap house with parking"

Separated house with two air-conditioned bedrooms (2 beds and 5 beds), small kitchen and parking in the garden behind fence. Very helpful owner lives in own house in the garden. Only 5 minutes driving away is good and cheap pizzeria.
