Fantastic, so clean and tidy and it easy lovely to meet the owner to. The caravan a d site made our holiday special.

there were some basic ingredients in the kitchen - positive surprise, there was good wifi, well separated rooms and a TV. There was a nice pool but unfortunately closed for most of our stay due to rain, which is not in the control of the staff.

The location is fairly remote, no safe access on foot (a limited view street where cars speed is the only way to access the property) - definitely appropriate for folks who will drive daily in and out, not for other types of travellers. The site is large with poor facilities - there were very few people and an incredible amount of cars, far more than visitors. The caravans are not cleaned in between stays - the bathroom was filthy, there was hair everywhere, the sink was full of a previous visitor's beard hair, the towels were clearly used and dirty. They did let us know to bring our own towels which thankfully we did, but still had to collect and put away other dirty ones. Some of the staff was helpful, while others were really trying to make it worse - wrong information and communication about checkout left us going back and forth between the (far away) caravan and reception multiple times simply because they were unwilling to help, even though we had a small child, it was raining and we were trying to catch a train. Petty behaviour overall.

Great location and lots of things to keep the children busy, the facilities were clean and comfortable.
