スタッフさんの対応はとても素晴らしかったです。感謝です。 また、朝ごはんも美味しかったし、お風呂もゆっくりできました。ありがとうございます。

やはりお湯やお茶は部屋に備え付けていて欲しかったです。チェックインが遅かったのでフロントにもらいには行けませんでした。

・館内がピカピカに清掃されているのが分かって気持ちが良い ・結婚式も出来る立派な旅館 ・修学旅行生も受け入れる旅館 ・駐車場が広い ・ロビーも広い ・ 和室なのにドアがシッカリしていて、安心感がある ・3階の大浴場は明るくて広い 温度も低くゆっくり温泉に入れて 良かった ・洗濯機が使えるのは珍しい ・部屋にグラスはあるが、 お茶を飲む茶器、お茶、ポットがないので、フロントにもらいに行くシステムになっている ・部屋に内ドアはない ・風呂は大浴場利用 男風呂と女風呂が向かい合わせで 誰でも入って来られるシステム

"大曲花火で利用できて　とても良かった"

フロントが24時間対応しているので　花火大会の後何時に戻れるか不明だったので　安心して宿泊出来た 大浴場も　翌朝9時まで利用できるとのことで　助かった

廊下の冷房が　効きすぎだと　思った 部屋に　湯沸かしポットが　あるとありがたい
