Nasu Hoshi no Akari

食事はとてもおいしかった。 露天風呂付き客室のお風呂も最高だったし、大浴場の硫黄温泉も最高だった。

施設が古くて、1階は音がうるさかった。暖房施設が古くて、騒音がうるさかった。

部屋の露天風呂が広くて気持ち良かった。 無料のマッサージ機は良かった。

寝間着はパジャマタイプが良かった。

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった

夕ごはんのペースが早過ぎた

旅館要求要脫鞋進入，會提供拖鞋，前台接待有懂英語的，溝通非常方便，一泊二食亦沒有失望。

旅館WIFI有點差，沒有電梯，checkout 時搬行李上上落落都幾係野。

予想以上の露天感。

庭露天風呂の利用でしたが、夜間に庭全体にほんの少しのライトアップがあると、雰囲気がよくなるかも…。

Very tradition Ryokan, Staff was trying very hard to be helpful on your need. However, the hotel located in the mountain. I don't know if there are any public transportation (or hotels shuttle) available for guests who are not going by car.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel, but it was raining the entire two days during my trip in Nasu. Very unfortunate.

The staff are very friendly and caring. The service is excellent. Facilities may be a bit dated but are kept clean and tidy. Private onsen is well decorated and comfortable to stay. Definitely recommend as a great choice to enjoy traditional onsen and meals for its price.

No indoor bathing facilities in room, could be a bit inconvenient especially during winter.

The staff were so nice and accommodating. Foreign staff was in charge of our stay it helped us understand our first ryokan experience better! They gave us free transport to the bus stop, and on your way out they give you free bus tickets to nasushionara station.

The facility is slightly rustic, but the main amenities were perfect and everything worked great.
