Glamping hišice Orlič

Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Hütten sehr gemütlich, das Frühstück gut (würde etwas Gemüse und Obst vertragen). Der Empfang war auch freundlich, sogar mit einem selbstgemachten Likör.

Insgesamt kann ich allerdings nicht mehr als 6 Punkte vergeben, weil die Situation mit dem Jacousi eine wirklich freche ist, ehrlich gesagt. Wir hatten am Abend 2x den Preis erfragt, zunächst beim Gastgeber, dann bei der Gastgeberin. Wir hatten beide 15€ verstanden, extra nochmal nachgefragt, ob das der Preis für uns beide insgesamt sei. Jaja, hat es geheißen. Gerne haben wir entsprechend dieses zusätzliche Service genutzt. Am nächsten Morgen bei der Abrechnung dann die böse Überraschung: auf einmal hieß es 50€. Abgesehen davon, dass dieser Preis komplett unverhältnismäßig für ein Warmwasserholzfass ist und ob das "Missverständnis" nun den sprachlichen Barrieren geschuldet ist oder nicht (darüber möchte ich nicht urteilen) - so etwas ist ein grober Kommunikationsfehler und darf einfach nicht passieren!! Schriftliche Preislisten zum Herzeigen wären zb eine leichte und für alle klare Lösung. Schade die Enttäuschung, denn ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Fantastic view. Big breakfast. We were there at the beginning of April, so it was quite cold, host provided electric heater for cabin and for shower/toilet. Hot water present, no problem to take shower. In general, it was as expect, it is adventure, not hotel.

Space in cabin is quite limited to put baggage.

Our stay at Glamping hišice Orlič was nothing short of spectacular. If you are looking for an escape that perfectly balances rugged nature with refined comfort, this is it. The cabins (hišice) themselves are a highlight—expertly crafted from wood, they feel warm, intimate, and smell incredible. Unlike traditional camping, you get the security and comfort of a solid structure, but with huge windows that keep you connected to the outdoors. The crown jewel of the experience is undoubtedly the private wooden terrace. Spending the evening in those lounge chairs overlooking the Drava valley and the rolling hills of Muta was the highlight of our trip. The seclusion is real; you feel like you’re in your own private world, yet the facilities are clean, modern, and clearly maintained with a lot of love. It’s the ultimate 'slow travel' destination—perfect for morning coffee with a view and stargazing at night without any light pollution.

This was a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. We were traveling by bike. It's a steep climb, but well worth it. The owner is very friendly and served us a perfect dinner and breakfast. The small cabin serves its purpose perfectly. The toilet is outside the cabin and is shared with another party. The view is beautiful. All in all, a stay to remember.
