Location ok. No breakfast supplied. Only very basic.

TV didn't work very well! No longer connected via satellite - only via remote modem wirelessly! Signal kept dropping out! Proprieter sent someone who was supposed to be a technician, but they were backpacker cleaners who didn't have a clue - all they did was fiddle with control & their phones! Table & chairs no longer supplied, as was most of the cooking equipment & cutlery! No spare blankets - it is a cold place! Nowhere near value for money! Not being able to check in before 4pm not good enough!

There was nothing.

In kitchen nothing was working, no refrigerator, no dishwasher even microwave was not working. Few lights were also not working in the house

Location and ease

Stayed in the family room last week, hot water ran out after 1 x 5 min shower. Wifi on the TV also did not connect even after about 45mins of trouble shooting, very average considering there’s no TV antenna cable

Cute motel that was in the city center. Very well maintained. Clean. Spacious parking. Great value for money. Good history. Very hipster as it was previously an old bank.

Adequate for night in the centre if town, but too many small issues added up to too many issues! The 'peeping tom' front window with a blind that doesn't fit across it. Hot water in the shower running out quickly. Light shining into the room via the door throughout the night. No sound proofing - could hear the next rooms every move. Summer weight doona in the middle of winter. Freezing cold bathroom. Shower nozzle placement is at the height of a child... Etc etc...

I stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage it was amazing! Huge rooms high ceilings, great facilities! The area is so nice and quiet. Loved it so much the place was clean and well maintained. The drive from Omeo to Dinner Plain is so easy and quick, great to see the snow. 100% will be coming back here again.

Loved everything about the hotel and the town. I just didnt like the drive from Sydney to Omeo, driving through the National park between Colac Colac and Benambra in winter is one of the scariest things I've ever done, steep cliffs and extremely bumpy roads I will never drive that way again. On the way home we drove south first and looped east to go back up to Sydney, only slightly longer but 100% safer and a beautiful drive.
