Welcome sign on the door won me over! Quiet and comfortable. I walked down the street the next morning and all three people I encountered said hello. A really friendly vibe in this little town.

I’d love a little coffee machine in the room.

Felt welcome from the first contact. Large, quiet comfy rooms and beds.

Could have possibly done with an AC, but the buildings stay cool enough and are surrounded by lots of shade.

Manageress was very welcoming. Although the facility is a bit dated, it was very comfortable and clean. It was extremely hot during our stay but we enjoyed the shade available at the picnic tables in the garden.

Entry is a little tight for a large vehicle like our Nissan Navara.

This is a well run boutique motel in the high country of Omeo. The complimentary red wine awaiting each guest is a superb touch, as is the name tag on the door. Very nice indeed! The furnishings are high quality and the fresh country feel is carried over by the ample bed coverings and other high quality furniture. Comfortable bed. Okay bathroom. Fresh 40 inch TCL TV means you can stay up to date with the news in style...or 7Life!!! There are New Idea magazines in the stand too if that's your thing...

Soundproofing is poor. The motorbike men staying in the rooms next door were friendly but very loud and chatty. This is totally out of control of the hosts so I do not blame them at all. But you could hear the whole conversation and it got really loud and racous at one point. This went on way past 10pm. The writing was on the wall and I left the next morning, even though I had booked another night. Read their cancellation policy in triplicate before you book with them. Omeo on a Friday night/ weekend is a no from me.
