This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that a minimum extra charge of GBP 15 per pet per stay and an extra GBP 5 on top per pet per night for stays longer than 4 nights. One free parking space is available, extra parking spaces cost £6 per day and the payment needs to be paid directly to us prior to your arrival Please note that towels and bed linen are not provided.
