PHAccessibility is good. The beach is literally just across the property. The hosts are also SUPER NICE and welcoming.
DEVery friendly owners! We extended our stay three times, so instead of 3 night, we ended up staying for more than week. Traveling by car, most of the highlights in Aurora can be reached within a 2 hours drive. And the beach is right in front of the accommodation.

PHBeachfront. Surfing and swimming just in front of the hotel. Our room has a direct view of the beach. Huge veranda in front of our room. Beach is clean with no coral rocks. Lots of street food around the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Very safe - regular police patrols, police camp next door. Sari-sari store next door. Very friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast but can cook your own food in their kitchen free of charge. Free drinking water (dispenser) outside the room. Not strict about occupancy. Hot and cold shower. Massage (outsource) is available. Real value for money. Will return.
Rooms are small. Mattress are a little stiff. Linens are a bit worn out. Towels are available only on request. Only soap and tissue paper are provided. No TV or ref in the room. Bathroom is small, tiles falling apart.

USUSThe staff/owners were very friendly and accommodating. It is beachfront and only 15 minutes from the bus station. The AC kept the room super cold, and the showers were hot. We will be staying here again on our next visit!
