"First time I have ever stayed in a motel with no staff around and staff hard to contact."

No Staff on site therefore no breakfast.

Better communication. It took around 1-1.5 hrs and multiple phone calls, which all went to voice mail, to get in contact with the staff to find out what room i was in. After a long day, that is the last thing one wants. Wouldn't put myself through that again.
