Without a doubt, this property had the best dog-friendly facilities of our whole trip Cairns -Brisbane return. The pool was a welcome relief during the heat wave we experienced while there.

No wifi, even though this was advertised, very poor tv reception (not advertised), and no air conditioning in either bedroom - during a heat wave this was this was quite uncomfortable.

It was good value for money

The place is dated and the lawn out the back of our unit could have been cut, especially as we had dogs. We had to keep taking sticky burrs off them.

This was a clean, comfortable place to stay overnight.....to catch the early ferry to Great Keppel Island. We particularly liked the kitchenette and full sized fridge so we could unpack our esky into it while there.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well organised and stocked. A good size fridge, with ice. Easy parking and an outside seating area. The grounds here were beautiful and clearly a long term project by someone dedicated.

There was no internet, nor cable tv. Also initially our tv did not work and the staff replaced it. The bedroom was not air conditioned, apart from what drifted in from the living area. It was 33 degrees plus and some air con for sleeping would have been appreciated. The floor needs to be cleaned under the lounges.

I absolutely love that the cabins are pet friendly. I drove an extra 30 mins out of my way to be able to stay in a cabin that allowed my two dogs, it’s hard when travelling to find safe and truely pet friendly accommodation. As an owner of a pet business I will be recommending this as a place to stay with your pets

It was dirty, couldn’t sleep on the beds. No air conditioning. Left a day early as we couldn’t stay there another night.
