The receptionist tried to scam us twice

Amazing experience with this cruise ship, food was delicious and always clean. Staff very friendly with everyone especially with my children. I really have to praise our tour guide Medhat for the great time and knowledge. 100 percent recommend it.

Maybe they can offer some entertaining for children.

It was an amazing ride along the Nile but the staff made it truly exceptional. Khaled from reception, all the housekeeping staff, the staff in the restaurant and the masseurs made the experience absolutely brilliant!

Nothing to say here

The boat is great, clean and refurbished. The staff is helpful and wonderful. We could see other boats around us and definitely this one is a good deal. I totally recommend this boat.

DON'T HIRE THE TOURS through this reservation, so overpriced and we had a lot of issues with the guides. They were not fluent at all in the language that we chosed, very poor explanations with no historic context and sometimes not accurate at all. The attitude was not friendly at all, we felt uncomfortable. It was really bad overall, the guides were assistants for the entrance tickets and the transportation but not touristic guides.

It was lovely to sail down the Nile and enjoy the views.

Disliked the loud Spanish cheesy 1980s pop music on the rooftop. I can’t speak for everyone but it would be much better with classic Egyptian music playing adding to the atmosphere of being in Egypt. The WiFi didn’t work for the most of the cruise. Annoying! The kitchen tried to do a great job offering lots of different options but sadly, most of it just didn’t have any flavour. The biggest issue we had was the fact that ALL the cruises stick to the same schedule so ALL the cruise boats arrive at a temple at the same time causing massive overcrowding at the temples because everyone is there at the same time. It would be so much better to stagger the arrival of the cruises thought the day so the over-tourism issue isn’t as bad.

The rooms were big enough and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The food was tasty and enough. The ship crew was professional.

The cruise is for four days but one day and a half and one night we spent in Aswan without moving. The pool is very small. The entertainement programme is basic.
