"心安らぐ、湯治の旅"

湯治のため長期連泊しましたが、歩行に難があり、予定通りホテルに到着したが、スタッフが車椅子を手配してくれました。また、食事もバイキングだったが、他の客に周知されたおかげでスムーズに食事もバイキングを満喫でき、大浴場でも「何か、お役に立てることがあれば？」と、見知らぬお客さんから親切な声掛けを頂くほどでした。的確な対応に、感動しました

完全にバリアフリーで、部屋から大浴場まで車椅子でも館内に数カ所あるエレベーターを乗り継いで行けるのですが、路程が解りにくかった。また、トイレに手すり等の取り付けが少なく感じました。

Nothing

Hotel never mentioned that not all guests can use the private bath. That's what we came for...and they said it was fully booked already. They must mention this in advance. Otherwise we wouldn't have chosen this shitty hotel. The food was worse than a Japanese junior high school cafeteria. Is this a ryokan? It's a joke. Our room had stains on the walls.

車の誘導がスムーズでした😊 お風呂の清潔感と湯量が多くて、柔らかさを感じさせる👌🏻

珈琲のサービスがロビーにあると嬉しいです 部屋が地下だったので景色が無くて残念だった
