施設全体的な古さが目立ちます。目に付く所を手直しすべし。レストランや浴場を時間制で定時に追い出される感じでスタッフが声掛けしにくる点はゆったりと過ごしたい方には不向き。

Éloigné. Sans voiture l’accès peut être difficile.

夜中にも関わらず、親切に対応してくださいました！ ありがとうございました！ カメムシで何度も呼んだのに、毎回来て下さりありがたかったです。

ホテルが悪い訳ではありませんし、場所と季節柄仕方ないですが、予想以上にカメムシが大量で私の部屋で10匹以上は見ました。 フロントでカメムシの話は聞いていましたが、ビックリしました。 また、自然が近いが故に細かなところに蜘蛛の巣がありました。

Check-in was rather easy. The breakfast has a lot of local options (even if I liked very few of them). There is a big car park.

For starters, there were a lot of stink bugs, both in the common areas, but also in the room - we found around 15 in the room overall through our stay. While these are harmless, it's obviously not a good experience to find them in a bathtub or fly down onto a pillow. Even after removing the first "batch" on day 1, we found new ones on day 2, most likely coming in through the crack under the door. Bath towels were not great quality. At least we got new ones everyday. The bath is functional, but for the price we paid, I would expect something better, e.g. maybe with some bubble options. Maybe I'm just spoiled by other Japanese accommodation I've had. Reception is essentially Japanese-only and while I don't blame them, it made matters difficult for us at times. The private bath reservation system is quite weird - you can reserve them at the reception, starting at noon, for the same day only. So if your plan is going hiking everyday, leaving early and coming back late, there's essentially no chance of getting a spot.

価格の割には、カラオケや卓球が無料で出来たり、お料理も美味しいしロビーや温泉もとても綺麗で良かった。スタッフの方もみんな良い方ばかりでした。 温泉からやロビーからの景色も最高でした！ また行きたいです！

貸し切り風呂の予約を電話で出来るのか分からなかった。予約時やホームページに分かりやすく記載して欲しかった。チェックインの頃には全て埋まっていて予約できなかったので残念だった。 泊まった階(1階)は大丈夫でしたが、4階の廊下がカメムシが大量にいて、エレベーターから降りた瞬間からカメムシ臭が酷く……もし部屋もこの匂いだったらと思うと泊まれたのだろうか……と思う程でした。

カメムシの大量発生は仕方ないと思うが、 スタッフからは通路には出るが部屋は駄目問題ないと聞いていたが、部屋に入るとカメムシがお出迎え、電気の埃が落ちてきたので確認してみるとまたカメムシ…風呂場、トイレにも夜中に足をカメムシが這っているので起きて気分がかなりわるかった。

大浴場、露天風呂広くて綺麗。バイキング美味しかったです

部屋は広いけど古いカメムシ多すぎです。
