Personeel was geweldig vriendelijk,persoonlijk en gastvrij. We konden zelfs onze was even doen. De onzen in het hotel zijn erg aangenaam. Het dorp is erg mooi met de Unesco werelderfgoed tempels.

Eerste avond was er iemand die Engels sprak, daarna was het toch wat behelpen al lukt het goed met vertaalapp.

"Sfeervolle, authentieke Ryokan met bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaren."

De authentieke sfeer, de bijzonder gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaren, het heerlijke Japanse en Westerse ontbijt, de service.. De bus stopt vrijwel voor de deur, je kan daarmee rechtstreeks naar het berg tempelcomplex of de andere kant op naar de Kegon watervallen (aanrader!).

Eigenlijk niets. Voor de douche nemen je aangewezen op de afsluitbare onsen. Ik kan me voorstellen dat je wel eens op je beurt.moet wachten. Hebben we zelf niet gehad.
