部屋のベットはゆったりして良い。 フロントの対応は良かった。

当日、宿泊の確認した際、コールセンターの女性の電話対応が非常に悪かった。 部屋のトイレ風呂場のタオルがお風呂セットと別に欲しかった。 ヘアードライヤーの位置が分かりにくかった。 フロントの番号がわかりにくい。 ベットスタンドのラジオやモーニングコールが使えなかった。 部屋の開閉の暗証番号は使えにくい。 まだカードキーの方が良い。 冷蔵庫のミネラルはサービスでありがたいが、もう少し部屋の案内文があった方が良い。

試飲やお風呂後のマッサージやヤクルトサービス、朝食バイキングの種類などちょっとしたことへの配慮。外観は古いし海も微妙に遠いけど全然気にならないほど快適に過ごせました

大浴場にあるロッカーの鍵についてるゴムが延びすぎて入浴中腕から外れてしまう。 あとはありません！
