Broome Vacation Village

The location was good, about 7 minutes from Town and also to Cable Beach. Close to the port and the Golf Club.

The bathroom was very small, and could do with renewing.

I liked the pool

Didn't like paying $30 to use the electric scooters oit the front .You pay per minute

Nice quiet place tucked on the outskirts of town. You need transport to stay here as it's about a 15 minuted drive from the town centre. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom, self-contained cabin for 5 nights. It has everything you need. There are barbecues out front of cabins for those who like to cook outdoors. The beds were comfortable.

Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Community laundry was spotless with ample clothes lines for many loads to be hung up.

The bathroom was very small and restrictive! The hand basin is so tiny, you cannot wash your face without getting water all over the floor! Also, having 2 separate taps for hot and cold water is very dated and inconvenient! I can't understand how just about the whole cabin has been renovated, but the bathroom basin is still something from the dark ages! Booking.com information said there was an oven in the cabin, but there wasn't. Disappointing!! The worst thing of all was the location! Having had our car break down and having to be without a car for 7 days was a nightmare!! There is no public transport at this end of Broome, even though there's a bus stop out the front.......apparently buses don't stop here anymore! Catching a taxi was so expensive ($28 for a 6 min drive) that we were forced to stay at the caravan park for 3 days which was very frustrating!! The location was also too far away to be within walking distance from anything! I did walk to the Port one day, but that was exhausting, especially in the heat!

The room was spotless, the chalet was a good size, bed very comfortable. Not far from the town centre.

We booked a Cabin, which was clean, Big enough and comfortable. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. The Pool and laundry from the campground was clean, too. We stayed there for 2 nights - could recommend it.

It is not that easy to get into the City. There is No Bus and uber in Broome. So we walked a lot or went by Taxi.
