Everything, caravan is very clean and fully equipped, owners are very nice and make you feel that you're at home with family, leaving you a personal letter with instructions and the biggest surprise was to see an welcome pack with something like milk tea etc that you usually don't get it on other places. There is also a TV with DVD player, and there are several DVD's with movies and cartons inside a special cupboard. You will also have family games, cards etc. Place was perfect to spent few relaxing days in Cornwall. Thanks Elaine & Peter

No internet, but consider this as a blessing and a total advantage to disconnect from the network :)

Great price for a caravan. Really clean and ready early. Check in via a key box was really helpful. Enough space for all 6 adults. Wish we had stayed when it wasn’t raining. Thanks for the welcome pack!

Lovely caravan very clean and tidy and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

There was no gas when we arrived but it wasn’t the owners fault and we were informed of this before our stay and given the option to cancel. They also looked after us by giving us a free meal in the bar onsite that evening and they refunded some of our money for the inconvenience. The gas arrived the next day and they came over straight away to connect everything up and make sure it was ok. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and we still had a fantastic 2 night stay.
