This motel was ok to sleep in a pinch. But guest must know there is no A/c have to leave window open which is loud traffic and smell of cigarette smoke from guest smoking outside of rooms. The beds have a cheap plastic mattress cover with cheap sheets which makes for a real sweaty night of sleep. Our hotel room was left unlocked upon arrival. The bathroom are very small. They seamed clean but did have a small smell to them. I would recommend the stage coach for a better nights sleep
The room was very cute, the bathroom area was big to store things out of the way. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
Bed was clean a comfortable, toilet was not clean, drains backed up and were slow draining, fan in bathroom didn’t work, small hole in the wall, extremely easy after hours checkin.
My only interaction with the staff was at check in and they were very friendly and helpful
The proprietor is very friendly, but wasn’t around when we checked in - just left a key laying out. The room was not clean. Didn’t dare walk barefoot on the carpet. There was a kitchen, but NO utensils or dishes. I would not stay here again, especially for the cost.
Door was open when we arrived and the locks did not look secure. Found out no ac and needed window open. Heard noises from other rooms during the night

The veiw is amazing. Very quiet and clean.
This lodge was recommended to us by friends who live in Du Bois. Check in was really easy, as they lined up keys with names on a piece of paper, and you walked in, pulled your key and went off to the room. For checkout, you dropped your key in a box by the office door. The lodge is older but charming. We were in a room on the ground floor and you could hear the person above walking around, so the rooms weren't sound-proof. But I was amazed at how quiet the nights were considering the hotel lies 20 yards from the highway. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and had a pedestal fan available for cooling since the rooms are not air conditioned. Dining choices in Du Bois are within a 5 minute drive, both breakfasts and suppers, but there are limited choices. You are about an hour from Grand Teton National Park, and 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park.
