The Castleton Sea View 13

Great out of the way location. The loch view was a bonus and it was a short walk to the shore. Very peaceful.

The site was a little tired and would have benefitted from a tidy up but this didn't spoil our stay. The beds were not the most comfortable but typical of park accommodation, probably better suited to children in the single beds than adults.

The caravan park was very peaceful with stunning views over to the shore area and a short walk away from the beach. The beds were comfortable, the caravan as a whole was very clean and kitchen area well equipped.

There were several areas in the caravan in need of TLC / repair. A torn net curtain and detached radiator edge panel in the lounge. Broken laminate strip on the kitchen top and ill fitting blind in part held up with sellotape in the dinning area. The flooring in the hallway badly fitted and undulated. There was a dirty dilapidated caravan next to the one in which we stayed. Somewhat of an eyesore.

There were 8 of us, the two toilets were not clearly marked, we were a bit tense because if there was one toilet, it would have been a problem for us, anyway, thank you very much.

The caravan was lovely inside and out on its decking.

The caravan park was disgusting, grounds full of huge pot holes, the staff were not very pleasant once you found them, our caravan was not ready on time .
