The management and stsff were great, and great quality f price, except for towels. Very basic.

Property is outdated and needs some renovations. Very average. Definitely not a 9 rating.

The staff went over and above for what was a bad day turned into a great night thanks for everything set up for me for my late registration

Excellent service.

The price was much better than most around the Jasper/Banff National Parks. The outside of the property was not impressive which made me wonder about the inside. However, I was pleasantly surprised walking in to find a remodel with appropriate lighting and nice furnishings. We had a good night’s sleep and ready to go for the next day. The managers of the property were so helpful with excellent recommendations for dinner and activities.

Clean room, staff was polite and helpful. Had to carry everything upstairs to room.
