「旗松亭」自体への評価とは関係ないが、平戸の町並みに古き良き時代（昭和時代）の面影が感じられ、 平戸を訪問してよかったと思っている。 フロントの外国人スタッフはよい、一生懸命働いている。

２泊したが、朝食の和食セットの内容が二日ともほぼ同じであった。 オフシーズンであっても、連泊する宿泊客への配慮がほしい。
