That there was no breakfast available. Also there was no coffee maker. It would have at least been nice to be able to make a cup of coffee.

The staff was delightful, the flowers in the gardens were beautiful and parking lot was awesome- not ruts, newly blacktop sealants. The location was quiet. The 2 brewery restaurant was fabulous! The bed linens towels and bathroom caulk and tiles were like new We were impressed we have stayed at 5 star hotels and we really like this. We would stay again!

No coffee e pot in the room

Television had many choices. Was upgraded to king size bed because full size were taken. Private bathroom separate from sink and mirror. Able to park next to room.

No hot water. So I didn't take a shower. Very disappointed!! No cups. For a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes and cheep air fresher. Couldn't wait to check out to breathe better air. I should have asked for some money back. But I didn't. In the future, I may not stay here. Only because of no hot water and the smell. Other than that it was a nice hotel. I paid money for a shower and it was a non-smoking room!!

Very clean and spacious and quiet. Room 125 is a very odd shape - two cojoined rooms so we had double beds, baths , tv’s etc.

No coffee maker in the kitchen, no towel rack, grab bar, counter around the sink in the bathroom to put your cosmetics, etc. No amenities at all.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond! Excellent experience :]
