The reception was very welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and overall it made for a wonderful holiday. I highly recommend this hotel

Perfect for what I wanted in my stay - close to both Cog Hill and Ruffled Feathers. Had a golf outing and wedding reception and this was perfect location. Room was clean, bathroom was also clean (a bonus) and bed was comfortable. Can’t beat the value or the location if you have an event in the area. I would stay again.

Room could have cooled a little better - but it was still comfortable.

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. It was the best customer service I’ve ever had staying anywhere! The room was very large with a lot of storage space (we didn’t need it but it was a nice option) and a nice kitchen area. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The location of the property was very nice, quiet, and safe.

The rooms are very dated. The carpets need a good deep cleaning. They also had several access panels? In the walls. The couches were also very old and needed deep cleaned. With all this being said, you get what you pay for. It was a budget friendly property that provided the overnight necessities.
