Lovely place in a great location with friendly staff. I have spent a lot of time here over the years and find the staff and location brilliant. Good value for accommodation and food. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable.

This is one of the better run hotels I've stayed at, anywhere. Just a really smooth operation (big credit to Tushar for that). Amazing staff, all super welcoming, friendly, helpful, and polite. Location is perfect. Restaurant is nice although after nine days, I was eager for some variety (but that's all the beach places). Rooms are exceptional and I could have stayed a lot longer in comfort. Nothing was ever an issue; I had laundry done, needed to extend my stay last minute, needed help with travel, everything was just easy and smooth and exactly what I wanted whilst staying on a beautiful beach. Next time I'm in Patnem I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Friendly staff. Lovely Garden view bungalow. Comfy bed. Nice Chia masala teas.

My original bungalow was sea front lovely view amazing beach but a little too loud for me with the bar next door but the music was only playing until 11pm. The staff were excellent and moved me to a quieter room rhe next day.
