Für 2 Personen super. Eine dritte Person würde noch gehen. Näher am bzw. im Meer geht nicht. Tolle Hafenstimmung!!

Es gab keine Reinigung. Das ist kein Problem, wenn das Hausboot mit Putzmittel ausgestattet wäre, um das Badezimmer zu Putzen. Der Preis ist etwas hoch.

Nagyon szerettük, hogy megvan a saját ki helyünk nem úgy mint egy szállodában. A kettő teraszról remekül lehetett megfigyelni a halakat, rákokat és az apró medúzákat. Érdemes vinni elemlámpát és/vagy uv lámpát a medúzakhoz, melyek egyáltalán nem csípnek.

Az egyetlen dolog ami elvesz az elményből az, hogy az óriáskeréknél szinte egész éjjel szól a zene, behallatszik, de azért lehet tőle aludni.

The view was to die for, clean and tidy apartment. Nice staffs and amenities.

The one Ac unit wasn't enough, especially in the afternoons that the sun was at its peak, maybe a fan or window blinds would help. And the place needs a Television, it was a shame that it was without especially for kids.

Great location, although quite a walk into Rimini (as you have to go right round the marina and waterway). That said, there is a beach, bars and restaurants around the marina so you are not isolated. We'd recommend the sunset bar (just as you enter the marina) for food and drinks. Great beachside location. We enjoyed the outside space. Good experience being on the water and watching all the boats coming and going. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom facilities, with ocean friendly toiletries provided (which guests must use). Good that the accommodation is dog friendly (although the beach is not)

Please be aware, if travelling with teenagers you will be charged extra on arrival at the location. We booked having entered the ages of our children on booking.com but were told that in Rimini all over 13s are classed as adults. We were made to pay 124 euros extra for our 3 night stay. Facilities were in very good condition but kitchen stock a little limited and not enough seats outside for all guests to sit in the same space together as furniture from inside cannot be taken outside. Also note, as per rules, only 2 guests are allowed on the roof deck at anyone time and there is no swimming permitted (although a very busy marina so this is to be expected)
