"delightful, peaceful stay, we were well looked after."

charming, beautiful property well presented. situated in the old district. hosts very easy to communicate with. went out of their way to be helpful- even to the extent of finding a physiotherapist for me as i had hurt my back. gave good recommendations for sites to see. wonderful breakfast.

Gostei muito da estadia. O pequeno-almoço, apesar de simples, era muito bom e tudo estava muito agradável. A localização também é excelente, muito central e prática para visitar a cidade.

Great location to stay while venturing out to see the Algarve region. Silves is a beautiful quiet community. Owners and staff were exceptional in making us feel comfortable- so kind and informative about the area. Food was delicious and accommodations excellent.

Locatie is top gelegen in een sfeervol autovrij straatje. Het ontbijt is heel lekker en gevarieerd. Het wordt aan tafel geserveerd. Het hotel is rijkelijk voorzien van mozaïek en Marrokaanse invloeden. Het restaurant is uitstekend en heeft zelfs een menukaart in het Nederlands. Parkeren kan 130 m verderop op een gratis parkeer terrein.

"Very pleasant stay. Extremely convenient location for the centre of Sylves town."

Breakfast was a mixture of Continental plus eggs and bacon. Possibly too generous, we dont like leaving food! Our host Jane and other staff were very helpful and good humoured.

Difficult to park anywhere near the premises, nearest parking about 100 yards away and having to pull luggage over cobbles. Luggage has to be carried up about 15 stone steps to the accomodation- could be a problem for less able people: maybe should be a warning when booking about the accessibility of the accomodation.
