The bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived, but everything else was great!

The location is great. It's central to a lot of locations. The rooms are comfortable. Housekeeping is attentive.

No ice machine available to guests! Sedona is hot. Especially in July. It turns out you can get ice but only sometimes. The office is usually closed but even when it's open you still usually can't find help. We had to keep going out too get ice. The fridge in my room didn't match the fridge on the website. I really needed the fridge/freezer combo.
