Beds were the only let down. Change this, I think I would give it a 9.

Everything was above expectations, just bed.

Perfect value for money. It met my needs and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful. I was given information ahead of time on how to get into my room if I arrived late, my room was ready early, and I was able to have a later check out so that I could conduct and online business meeting. I will be back .

Efficiency of checkin and checkout without human interaction. Space in room was great. Bed was super comfy. Google TV was great allowing us to connect our own apps. Close to beach and Wallis Creek and quality restaurants.

Large rooms, clean, excellent location.

Location was great, check in and checkout was easy.

The room needs a good deep clean, including the fans which were covered in dust. Shower curtain was grotty as it dragged on the shower floor. The bed definitely needs upgrading and is on wheels, it rolls with the slightest touch.
