- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. - Swimming, kayaking/bamboo boat excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund. - Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood and international. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirement at least one (1) week prior to the departure date. - Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number for all passengers. All guests must provide the following information 7 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number. - Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong and from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation price, time and pick-up point. For car pick up service, guest must provide address for pick up at least 3 days before departure. - Please take note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Tuan Chau Port. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Genesis Cruise in advanced of your expected arrival time. You can use Special requests box when booking or contact the property directly with contact details provided in your confirmation. - All guests need to check visa (if you are required for visa to Vietnam) carefully to make sure that guest can arrive Vietnam to take the trip. - Guests need to provide correct information when making reservation. Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. Credit card needs to be valid and has enough money for the trip. - Guests need to provide exactly number of guest when making reservation, even kid or infant. If guests don't inform property in advance in case there are extra guests, property will refuse to arrange service for extra guests if it's not available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
