La Pandora Cruises

Tour Guide Victor was very good and Bus Driver also was good. Cabin Crews was good. Just The Cruise need a bit restoration.

Ha Long Bay experience was fantastic. Small boat cruise - not heaps of people which was good.

I didn't like the stops on the way with the transfers. It also would have been nice to be allowed to swim off the boat.

Super croisière! Victor notre guide a été parfait du début à la fin ! Le bateau était très beau, les repas excellents et les activités (kayak, baignade, cours de cuisine pour apprendre à faire des summer rolls, pêche au calamar, balade en barque dans une grotte) très bien organisées et agréables. Sans parler du décor 😄

バスがパンクしたけど、すぐ直った

En general estaba todo bien, el servicio fue bueno.

De ligging van het cruiseschip en de aangeboden activiteiten

De hygiëne, kakkerlakken aan boord van het schip. Het eten was vrij standaard.

The cruise was really nice and the staff was very kind, specially our guide Eric.

El buffet y la clase de los spring rolls

La continua perdida de tiempo el día de ir(el autobús hizo dos paradas de casi media hora cada una y al llegar al puerto nos montaron en un barquillo en el que nos tuvieron 20 minutos parados y después un trayecto de casi una hora en ese mismo barco hasta llegar al crucero) por lo que la hora de subir al crucero fueron la 13:00 pasadas. Y la habitación bastante mal. La ducha no iba el agua caliente, la puerta de la ducha no se podía cerrar por lo que se mojaba todo cuando te duchabas y tenías que calzar la puerta de la ducha para que no hiciese ruido cuando temblaba el barco.

The room was clean and nicely set up, rooms were easily accessible and dining room and upstairs deck were lovely.

The bathroom seemed a bit outdated and not as clean/well set up for us.
