Food - taste wise and they serve food quite late for kids. when I asked one of the staff to offer the kids meal first they didn’t do anything and asked us to wait instead. They often serve the kids meal close to adult’s mains Journey - from small boat to the big boat/cruise takes 50mins-1hr

Victor Huy was our tourguide and he created a nice atmosphere throughout the tour and gave clear explanations about the tour and some facts about Halong Bay. During the tour my debit card did not work and Victor helped find a solution. Furthermore, Victor kept all guests well informed by repeating the planning several times, so that everyone knew what and when the activities were.

There is no other way to describe this than magical. Amazing staff, delicious & plentiful food. Great rooms with balcony. Suitable for families. Very accommodating for children (10 & 6)

La gentillesse du personnel exceptionnel nous avons adoré discuter avec tout le personnel surtout Chan le magicien et notre petite serveuse (je ne connais pas son nom désolée). Le repas et les activités étaient convenables et bien organisées . Nous avons fait une soirée karaoke et avons sympathisé avec d’autres clients. C’était vraiment bien

Le temps de trajet en bus, en bateau trop long, trop de perte de temps sur une croisière qui ne fait pas 34h finalement. Nous avons réservé 3 chambres. L’une était formidable grande spacieuse et bien située. Les 2 autres sentaient mauvais, il y avait une fuite dans la salle de bain ce n’était pas idéal même pour une nuit

Victor was an exceptional guide to us. He constantly ensured we had a good time and were comfortable. He was very knowledgeable, very funny and positive through out the tour. His English is really good! Highly recommend having Victor as your guide, you will have a great experience!

It was very well put together. There were A lot of activities. The restaurant staff were very kind and the food was good. Larry , our tour guide, was amazing, very informative.
