The boat was good in general. Our room was big, nice and comfy. Food was good. Especially the lunch was very special. Everything came with vegetarian options. Activities were good. Our guide Victor was very special, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff in the restaurant area was very special, smiley and helpful. The region is very special. But given the crowd in activities (including us) there was not much peace in general. Many shouting and screaming people in sandal and canoe tours, scaring away poor bats and birds.

Some of these below points might be true for many of the cruises, but this was our experience. -we came from Ninh Binh. We paid extra for a shared limousine service which was very frustrating at the end. A van took us from our hotel, 15 mins later we were transferred to a bus. On the way bus was broken and we had to wait 20 mins for another bus under a heat. Then we were again transferred to a taxi. The taxi had difficulty finding the cruise spot in the harbour. Then we jumped on a mini boat of the cruise to reach to the main boat. All of this took 6 hours in total and was not worth what we paid. -the little boat was very noisy and tailpipe smoke was awful. There was no peace at all going to the main boat and activities. -our room was on the back of the boat with a great looking balcony. At first look it was great but then we couldn’t sit outside at all given the smoke of the engine which was continuing day and night.

cody fue un excelente guia, muy amable, servicial y siempre al pendiente de nosotros, el barco estaba muy bien, nuestra habitacion super espaciosa y la comida rica! lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

que duramos solo una noche!!! queriamos mas!

El barco está muy bien y el personal agradable también.

El precio es muy elevado. En realidad pasas solo un día en el barco. Nos adelantaron el horario de las actividades del segundo día, comiendo a las 10:30 de la mañana y abandonando el barco a las 12. Tampoco hicimos la clase de taichí por la mañana y una de las cuevas que anuncian como actividad en realidad estaba clausurada desde hacía meses. Por la noche, además, no había ningún tipo de actividad y tampoco wifi.

El guia Victor fue lo mejor del viaje, atento, profesional y muy simpatico.

El barco necesita reforma de baños, y mejorar el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones y que tambien haya en el baño. Las instalaciones del barco tambien necesitan una mejora en general.
