We did not have breakfast. Rome very clean , I chose the disability friendly unit as I've had knee replacements. Bathroom excellent

Lovely and clean motel, in a handy location across the road from the bakery/cafe. Close to to town and our hui location in Omaramutu. Great facilities for self sufficient catering.

No plug for spa bath in room. It was after office hours and didn't want to disturb the managers to source one, is what I should add.
