Location was great and very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Reasonable sized room but felt cramped. Cooking facilities ok but you had to find space to put portable stove on. Could park outside unit. Very quiet. Clean and well maintained.

Uncomfortable bed which felt small. Cooking set up not convenient with hot plate found under the sink. Radiator right next to bed. Unable to stop shower water ending up on floor around toilet. Nowhere to get decent coffee in morning.

Overall it was a great stay, very clean and fresh, good hot shower and the room was warm.

The bed ws a little hard, but its not a criticism, just personal preference.

The car parking area at the front of our unit was not not defined well enough The grass surface meant traipsing in wet muddy footprints Even a gravel surface would do better
