スタッフに何度も電話したけれど嫌な態度を微塵も感じさせないプロだったところ

シャワーヘッドが壊れておりペットの根元から水が漏れていたところ。おそらく他のお客様が浴室内で床に落としたからなった？これ以外での気になる点はありませんでした、

"この金額にしては少し高い部屋だと思った"

駐車場があるところ

予約していたが部屋が用意されてなかった。 用意してくれた部屋が予約していた部屋の金額より安い金額が表示されていたので､スタッフさんに聞いたら金額は関係ないとの事で同レベルの部屋だとは思うが損した感じがした。 お風呂に鏡がついてないので不便でした。 部屋の清掃はホコリなどが目立ち少し気になった。
