The beds were comfortable and there are many freebies such as face masks, bath salts, shampoo, etc. to use to your liking. First room that we had was very spacious with a very big bathroom and bathtub that had bubble jets. Rooms come with a free water bottle and chips. Room service is available 24/7 and the food is good.

Generally I really enjoy staying at love hotels but this one was very different and disappointing from previous stays. We were required to check out each morning of our stay and had to change rooms. This meant that we couldn't leave our luggage in our rooms or keep the car parked if we wanted to go sightseeing during the day. The rooms also did NOT come with room keys. The rooms can be locked from the inside but NOT the outside, so this meant that if we wanted to leave the hotel, we needed to take our suitcases and valuables with us whenever we decided to leave. There isn't a traditional front desk either- instead, there's an intercom that you have to contact staff with, and then they'll tell you what number room you're in. There doesn't seem to be any face-to-face encounters with staff so it may be even harder to communicate if you don't know the language. If you're a foreigner, you are much better off at a different hotel or hostel.
