Interesting interior - whimsical and rustic. Great view! Fun park with animal statutes making noises - kids love it.

When I book our stay, it wasn’t clear that the family room I chose was not in the main building but in a chalet nearby. Apart from my kid’s disappointment that we were not, in fact, staying in the castle from the pics, it also meant a walk in the rain and the cold to get to the restaurant. Ah, and no internet in the chalet - not only wi-fi (virtually nonexistent), the 5G was also a challenge. Finally, the chalet had a small second level, probably intended as kids bedroom (it could use a rug or something) that was only reachable through a super steep and dangerous staircase. So we ended up not using it.

The hotel is nice but badly not so well maintained. Location is good for visiting the region and the cave "Diavolsko garlo". The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was nice (apart from the breakfast).

The worst bed ever. The breakfast was less then basic. The entire place needed a good cleaning.

Excellent location . Beautifully designed and situated in the heart of Beautiful Rodopa mountain ! Close to a lot of attractions.

Екстериорът и интериорът на хотела са чудесни. Стаятя и банятя бяха доста чисти.

Когато седнахме за вечеря в ресторанта нямаше никой от персонала и се наложи да чакаме някой да се появи и да ни обслужи. Закуската не беше особено добра. Освен това беше разположена в малката зала на ресторанта до хора седнали по масите и няма как да си вземеш храна без да се буташ с някой.

The staff was very kind. The playground was nice, and the children really enjoyed playing there. We stayed in a maisonette apartment, which was spacious and well-equipped with a stovetop and a small fridge, allowing us to prepare meals for the kids. The rooms were warm, the furniture was attractive, and everything was clean. For 10 leva (Bulgarian currency), they did our laundry (washing only, drying not included). The laundry service was good and fast – I dropped it off at the start of breakfast, and it was ready by the end, so I had time to hang the clothes before we left for our trip.

Местоположението, храната в ресторанта, и отношението на персонала!

Закуската не беше много разнообразна и липсваха елементарни неща, като кисело мляко към баницата, кафето свършваше и не се допълваше на време.

Well located to visit the cave nearby and for walks in the forest.

The accommodation is tired and could do with some remodeling.Staff is tired as well.

Хареса ми обстановката и мястото . Просто стаята ни беше малка , може би най-малката . На и цената беше по-ниска за нея . Като цяло ми хареса . Спокойно е . Красиво е .
