Toba Village Inn

Zwembad, goede grootte. Bedden zeer comfortabel.

Mijn zoon had in de nacht overgegeven en personeel wist niet goed wat ermee te doen. Schoon linnengoed, emmer water om schoon te maken met zeep. We hebben duidelijke instructies moeten geven om te krijgen wat we nodig hadden. Daarnaast werd er heel zwaar aan getild, alsof we de slaapkamer hadden verwoest.

Het was geweldig!

The property was well landscaped & had two nice pools. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the tv had Netflix, hot water in the shower, shower was separate (no wet room), western toilet, AC, fridge and tea kettle in the room, breakfast included .

Can’t think of anything!

It was nice to be able to get to the hotel's own pier directly by boat from Parapat. The staff was really helpful, smiling and nice. I felt valued. The hotel's garden is really cozy with flower beds. The gardener worked there from morning to evening and I always got a smile back from her. The pool area was really pleasant. At first my room was missing the refrigerator promised in Booking, but when I mentioned it, it was brought to me right away. I had a nice terrace with chairs for afternoon coffee and the room and bathroom were spacious. The air conditioning and wifi worked well. Wifi also works at the pool, which is a plus. The buffet breakfast is good: even dark toast and cheese, eggs, rice and noodles, warm vegetables, sausages, cucumber and tomato slices, fruits, natural yoghurt, mung bean porridge which I really liked and apparently self-squeezed fruit juice which tasted really good. I don't care for sweets in the morning, but there are sweet things for those who like them. I mostly ate at the hotel restaurant anyway, because all I had to do was tell them my room number and pay the entire bill by card when checking out. Elsewhere, it seemed like card payments weren't working well. The food was good and the ice in the drinks was safe. You can also get alcohol, like rum drinks or a whole bottle of wine.

There weren't many things I didn't like. Maybe there could have been more fruit for breakfast. I always went there between 8:45-9:00 when breakfast was until 9:30 and the fruit was almost always running out. The rooster crowing at 5 am was also disturbing because there was a cornfield next to my room, but that's not the hotel's fault :)

Die Baustelle am großen Pool.

Große, saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Balkon mit Blick in den wunderschönen Blumengarten. Leckeres und sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Direkter Zugang zur Fähre.

Offensichtlich gibt es eine Dauerbaustelle im halben Außenbereich, was optisch unschön ist. Das Wifi war zeitweise überlastet.
