Chambre très agréable. Personnel très serviable. Piscine très appréciable avec coin transat. Petit déjeuner varié servi au bord de la piscine. Possibilité de louer des vélos et de faire faire sa lessive.

Ménage approximatif. Eau chaude 1 jour sur 3. L'établissement nécessiterait un véritable rafraîchissement et ne ressemble pas vraiment aux photos, l'extérieur n'est pas entretenu. Il est cher par rapport au confort proposé dans d'autres guesthouse que nous avons faits

Como siempre en Indonesia, lo más destacable es la amabilidad y el trato del personal. Siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar con aquello que necesites. El hotel es sencillo pero correcto, espacioso y tiene una piscina para refrescarte, no está delante de la playa pero eso lo hace mucho más tranquilo y la playa está a apenas 1 minuto andando, al igual que los Beach Clubs y la animación de Gili Air, por tanto se puede ir caminando a cualquier lado facilmente.

Nada destacable, al igual que en el resto de hoteles de Indonesia, mi queja principal es el nivel de los baños o algunas cosas que están lejos de los estándares de Europa en ese sentido como que no hagan las habitaciones si no lo pides, etc.. pero eso son cosas que son así en todos los hoteles que estuvimos en Bali y Lombok y por tanto no es una queja de este hotel concretamente. En cualquier caso, el trato del personal hace que la estancia sea una maravilla.

Fint boende ett stenkast från stranden. Lunch och tyst trots närhet till restauranger och strandpromenad. Vi hade lite problem med vår bokning men personalen hjälpte oss så det löste sig vilket verkligen uppskattades! Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Bra frukost med färska juicer och normala alternativ. Fin pool med svalt vatten.

The open air room is an amazing experience, i wish I could have stayed more. The place is clean, nice and quiet, gentle and helpful staff and very tasty breakfast.

We loved the location. It was quiet but still close to the harbour, sunset restaurants and beach. The bed and pillows were super comfortable with a good mosquito net around it. The air-conditioning worked well, breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and helpful.

The place is really run down. Although it is designed to be rustic, it is dusty and old and needs some maintenance. There are no screens, so you need to shut everything up at night. We stayed in the apartment with a kitchen, which was good for the extra space, but it was a bit like camping. There were caterpillars crawling through the apartment and lots of ants. It was dark with not much natural light, and the lighting was dull. I didn't like the bathroom. The kitchen living area was the nicest space, but it was dusty and still exposed to insects. The grounds need some work. The photos make it look a lot better than it is. The pool was really dirty when we arrived but we did notice that they cleaned it the next day but they had to use way too much chlorine, so we didn't swim in it.
