BubbleSky Glamping Guatapé

Breakfast was OK, it filled a gap.

There was no signage outside the property. We were sent Google maps but lost signal and drove past the property and continued on the back road for another 20 minutes and contacted Bubblesky who sent a precise Waze location. We then entered the property. We could have been told to enter Finca number 32 and we would have arrived easily instead of over complicating matters. Staff wore their own clothes. No uniform. They were also poorly trained. There was only room service and only one set of cutlery in the kitchen area of the accommodation. The meal at night arrived without cutlery. It was raining really heavily. We asked room service to send another set of cutlery so we could eat our meal. The response - go to the accommodation next door. They will have a spare set! Complete disrespect for guests's needs and a complete lack of customer service! Thank goodness we were only staying 1 night. Better for the gusts to get soaking wet rather than the staff. Also, each Bubble (the accommodation) was a long way from Reception, a steep climb so inaccessible for anyone with walking problems. There was no restaurant, no bar, only a fridge with all the drinks in the room. Poor lighting inside the bubble. No heating. No extra blankets. Only a thin duvet to keep warm. We put on three layers of clothes and were still cold.

Beddengoed was niet helemaal schoon, gaten in de handdoeken, kleine dingetjes voor die prijs niet helemaal in orde.

El lugar es muy mágico, las burbujas son muy cómodas, rodeadas de naturaleza, aunque cuando hay sol son inhabitables. La cocina tiene lo necesario pero le pondría algunas cositas adicionales.
