Local family is running the hotel They are friendly and helpful

No breakfast but had coffee in the office. Very clean and neat place and very friendly!

Like any older facility there are aging things. They have done a nice job of modernizing thought so all good.

Wasn't told about wifi and there weren't any signs in the room

took forever to get hot water in the bathroom and heat didn't seam to work in the room

Kind husband and wife owner/operators. Helpful and relaxed.

Just some minor cleanliness things: caked on dirt on remote controller for tv. Clogged tub drain.

Location to UMASS Prior reviews were true, place very clean and staff was pleasant

The carpet on the bedside was wet so we had to move to another unit. We didn’t like how they speculated that they didn’t know where the water was came from even though it was a massive amount of water.

Very clean, new furnishings, friendly owners, and lovely tea.

Very clean, large rooms, well supplied in terms of furnishings and bathroom items (towels, etc).

I really appreciate when hotels/motels provide tissue - and there were none. That’s the only criticism I can provide about the property itself. Otherwise, we were unaware the first weekend of March is impacted by a large unofficial off campus party for students from a local university and most rooms were booked by students who were visibly intoxicated mid-day, driving in and out of the property this way, and partying with very loud music and voices until almost 2am. I’d advise future travelers be aware of this annual event or similar instances of college-student use of local hotels/motels in this manner.
