The room was huge, the bed comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful

When checking in, we were told that our room wouldn’t be serviced because “there’s no housekeeping on weekends.” If I’d known this at the time of booking, I wouldn’t have stayed here. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus. However, the cleanliness was well below standard. When I touched the lamp to turn it on, my hand was covered in dust. I looked around and found more dust behind the TV, behind the bathroom door, and on the aircon vents. I mentioned these issues to management when checking out. Rather than addressing the concerns professionally, I later received a call from the manager’s wife, who insisted the room wasn’t dusty. When I tried to explain that the dust was on the lamp and TV, I was cut off and told, “Well aren’t you like a mother-in-law.” Completely unprofessional and dismissive. If you don’t want to be belittled or misled, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
