"Great stay in a quiet area, with helpful staff"

We stayed in the private villa 2 rooms. The staff is always available, friendly and ready to help. Hotel is very calm area, but easy to reach main attractions by foot or by bike. There’s the turtle beach 5min bike/10min walk from the hotel. Nice breakfast options (Indonesian or pancakes options)

There was a slight issue with hot water in the private villa, but the staff tried to find a solution.

Ho prenotato una villa privata con piscina inutilizzabile, motore spento e sporca. Non consiglio.

Il mio soggiorno a Villa Pine Tree è stato più che soddisfacente. La camera e il bagno sono grandi e molto puliti. Il materasso è comodissimo. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere tutti i punti dell'isola, ma è in un luogo tranquillo. Lo staff è molto giovane e gentilissimo. Buona la colazione.

Sconsiglio di fare il bagno in piscina con costumi bianchi. Purtroppo l'acqua li rovina. Un imbiancata alle pareti delle camere sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta.

"Posizione strategica per visitare entrambe le spiagge migliori dell' isola"

Gentilezza assoluta dello staff, drink di benvenuto, accoglienza meravigliosa. Stanza molto molto ampia, letti comodi, colazione molto buona preparata al momento, decorazione sul letto con gli asciugamani piegati ad orsetto molto apprezzata. Piscina bella pulita e con cloro. La struttura è convenzionata con una vicino al porto dove si può andare e usare gli ombrelloni e la piscina essendo ospiti dell'hotel. Questa struttura si trova sulla strada che taglia a metà Gili T a circa 10 minuti dalla splendida spiaggia delle tartarughe (si vedono praticamente a riva) e a 15 minuti dalla Sunset beach sul versante opposto (lato con locali e cinema all'aperto gratuito) Dal porto son circa 25/30 minuti a piedi o 150 IDR in calesse (x 3 persone con valige)

Un po scomoda al porto.
