Location was perfect.. walking distance from harbour.. perfect.

There were termites on the wall and room was stinking due to moisture on the wall... Bed was making noise.. bathroom had very low water pressure and basin tap was very loose not fixed properly..

Great private bungalow with a cute pool and amazing staff. Close to everything but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Staff (again) was amazing! Great hair salon and massage place directly in front which was super handy! Loved it here!

Only problem was that there was no restaurant or coffee/tea making facilities on site. Great restaurants directly next door though so not really a problem.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with bikes and laundry. The location was also great!

Shower and toilet facilities are outside so you are surrounded by insects when using them. Also the apartment was not cleaned in the three days we stayed and a cleaning service was not mentioned to us at all. We stayed in apartment 4 and at night we could hear rats/mice/lizards or some type of animal scuttling around the roof so it hugely disrupted our sleep. We asked for help with this but unfortunately there were no spare rooms which we could stay in so we basically didn’t sleep for 2 nights straight.
