"Semi glamping when facilities are in working order"

Location and tents were good, while we had oue tent pre booked they allocated it to someone else. The girl at reception managed to get us a good tent at the end.

toilets near kitchen were out of order and we had to walk uphill to use another toilet.

"Enjoyable but did not like the bathroom facilities"

Lovely surrounds, comfortable beds, great location.

Shared male / female toilet and shower facilities. This felt a little unsafe for women and children who may need to use the facilities after dark. Also, while we were there, all toilets were out of service meaning it was a long walk to get to the next closest facility.

"Beautiful way to connect with nature"

We had the most wonderful time returning to Iluka Retreat for the third time, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The property is just as beautiful and serene as we remembered. The best part is that unlike other Glamping experiences, Iluka retreat allows kids which makes this place a great family destination. It's peaceful, well‑kept, and surrounded by nature in the most magical way

It would be nice to have a little vending machine in the showers/toilets for people to buy some urgent toiletries that they may have forgotten to pack.
